Anson's Pumpkin Pie Spice Pumpkin Seeds
* Always remember when using the stove or oven to ask for assistance/permission from a grown up in charge. *
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey (or stevia to taste)*
- 2 cups Pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried)
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¼ Tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 320° F. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown stirring at the half way point. Be careful not to let them burn. Allow seeds to cool for at least 10 minutes. These seeds are a great healthy snack on their own, or as a topping for yoghurt, ice cream, or even mixed into granola.
***These seeds are lightly sweetened, if you prefer something a little sweeter add up to two more tablespoons of honey.
