Tiger Lilly's Green Grass Smoothie


  • ¾ cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ a medium avocado
  • 1 pinch of wheat grass (or use 2 or 3 spinach leaves instead)
  • 5 to 15 mint leaves*
  • 1 cup of ice
  • pinch of salt
Tiger Lilly's Green Grass Smoothie
Simply add all of your ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth! Most blenders should be able to handle the wheat grass tossed among the other ingredients. If you are unsure about your blender then blend the milk and wheat grass alone before adding the other ingredients.
***The number of mint leaves depends on how potent (strong) they are. You can use 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract instead of the mint leaves or in conjunction with them.
